162 Teachers sue GES in Accra High Court

162 Teachers  has sue the Ghana Education Service, their Employer in Accra High Court.

GES launches Manual on Inclusive Education( Changing perspectives: Inclusive schools in inclusive communities)

The 162 Teachers said they have been employed by the GES for many Years, and GES owes them salary Arrears which has been termed as Legacy Arrears.

The group of Teachers said as  they demanded the payment of the legacy arrears, the Employer GES asked them to send their documents and details to their offices for processing and payment.

They complied by sending all the necessary documents to the Management of GES but were still not paid their legacy arrears.

In a document sited by seekersnewsgh.com, according to the group of teachers, this demand affected their validation.

The group of 162 Teachers want the court to compel GES to pay them their salary arrears owe them for many years.
