Sentral Parent Portal

The Sentral Parent Portal  is a secure online platform that many schools and educational institutions use to provide parents with access to information about their child’s education.

The Sentral for Parents portal and app keep you connected to your child’s education

These includes;

Student Information: Parents can view their child’s attendance records, grades, assignments, and exam schedules.

Communication: The portal often provides a communication channel between teachers and parents. Messages, announcements, and newsletters can be shared through the portal.

Events and Activities: Information about upcoming school events, extracurricular activities, and school calendars can be accessed.

Progress Tracking: Parents can monitor their child’s academic progress and identify areas where additional support might be needed.

Resources: the portal offer educational resources, reading materials, and other tools to aid parents in supporting their child’s learning.

Fees and Payments: Parents can often pay school fees, purchase uniforms, and handle other financial transactions through the portal.

Personal Information: Parents can update contact details and emergency information as needed.

Attendance: Real-time attendance tracking allows parents to monitor their child’s attendance in school.

Push Notification; Send instant push notifications to parents to notify them of a new message from school.

You would need the Sentral

Parent Portal Logging In:

In an email sent to your personal email account, you’ll find your login credentials. Use this
information to log into the Parent Portal.
1. Open your email from for your School parent portal
2. After the first the launch
3. Minimize your email.
4. Use your web browser (Internet Explorer, for instance) to access the internet and go to
the Schools parent portal web site,  Link provided below ; On the sentral main website, you can download the Sentral App.

Registration

If you have a Parent Portal account, log in with your Parent Portal details

Don’t have a Parent Portal account, you can register from the Home Screen of the app.

If you forget Your Password

Open the app on your device.
Tap ‘Search school name’.
Search for and select your school from the list.
Tap ‘Login’
Tap ‘Forgot Password?’
Follow the prompts to reset your password.

You can even notify the school throught the App about your child’s absence

via the Messages button on the Home Screen of the app. Check with your school if this feature has been enabled.

No Access to App

If you no longer have access to the email address registered with the app, you have two options.

Contact your school’s Sentral Parent Portal administrator and let them know you no longer have access to that email address.
Register for the app again, with a new email address. You will then need new access keys to link your children to the app. Contact your school to request new access keys.
