Desist from making prank calls to 999 call centre.
The National security has launched a call centre for citizens to report all suspicious activities in relation to terrorism.
Preliminary checks at the emergency call centre according to the Ministry indicate that the first 30 hours following the launch of the campaign over 10, 000 calls have been made to the centre of which majority have been prank calls and calls to verify the operationality of the call line.
The Ministry encourages the citizenry to report all suspicious activities and persons and to desist from making prank calls to the centre since that will negatively affect their work.
