A new private security company in Cape Coast is recruiting personnel (Male and Female) for a 4-week training program at the Cape Coast Stadium.

This New Company is a highly competitive security Firm managed by High Profile Security Personnel both from Ghana Security Forces and US Marine Forces.

The personnel will be Highly Trained and well remunerated.

Who can Apply 

A male or Female can Apply.

You must be serious, 

Responsible,

Punctual, 

Physically strong, and teachable.

You must be 18 years and above. 

Qualification 

You must be able to read and Write. 

As you will be required to write a report in some instances and also  be able to communicate orally well. 

Training 

You’re going to be trained in

Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds. BJJ approaches self-defense by emphasizing taking an opponent to the ground, gaining a dominant position, and using several techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds. 

Self-defense is a defense based on the justification that allows a defendant to use physical force to protect himself or herself from injury or death.

Crowd control, is a public security practice in which large crowds are managed in order to prevent the outbreak of crowd crushes, affray, fights involving drunk and disorderly people, or riots.

First aid,

CPR, and medical trauma care.

Recruitment Procedure 

First Face to Face interview

Body Screening 

Medical Examination ( You must pass the Medical Examination test before you can proceed)

4 weeks of intensive training classes.

There’s going to be full-time employment for you in the new company after being successful in the 4-week training program.

Job Location 

Central Region of Ghana; Cape Coast

You must live around Cape Coast or be willing to relocate to Cape Coast.

 Qualification 

Minimum education read and write, communicate well.
