Student Portal is your personal website containing all the information and menu you need as a student. Login to access your academic schedule, fees on University of Ibadan students Portal login | www.ui.edu.ng student portal login

The students Portal login link is provided below for you to have direct access to your Portal, it is directly obtained from the University for a secure connection.

Access All-Academic Information on the Student Portal.
You need to provide your login credentials to be able to access the page.

Vital information is sent to all students through the Portal, and your Biodata, Tuition fees paid or in arrears, and Semester Results are all sent through the students’ portal.

Some of the Student Portals even have the Learning Management System Integrated.

You will be Assisted by the School with login credentials to be able to register and login.
Most login credentials are index numbers or student IDs. See Administration or support for Assistance.

A. Login on to the portal

1. Visit the University Student Portal Login, Link provided Below

2. Login details:

Username: your student institutional email or matric number

Password: your last name in lower case (small letters)

3. Select Academic Year as your current session at the top right corner.

4. After successful login you will be prompted to change password before proceeding. Input your old password then create a new password of your choice, confirm new password, and click update.

B. Payment Steps

1. After login on to your dashboard

2. Navigate to the Fees section on the left menu

3. Click my fees.

4. The following fees are compulsory for all categories of students:

a. Bundled fee or School fee

b. Technology Levy – To be paid separately.

c. Utility Levy – To be paid separately.

5. Health Professional levy or Laboratory Professional fee is compulsory for students of the College of Medicine while Special DVM levy is compulsory for students of the faculty of Veterinary Medicine – To be paid separately

6. Click the checkbox beside the fee option you are paying and click Proceed.

7. Confirm the correctness of your payment details.

8. Click Proceed to pay.

9. You will be redirected to the payment platform.

10.Select a payment option (card/bank/branch/transfer/remita)

11.Complete payment process as directed in the selected payment option.

C: Confirmation of Payment

1. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the registration portal.

2. Go to Fees, then select Transactions to confirm the status of your payment.

3. If successful, click the eye icon under Actions to payment details. A pdf version can also be downloaded.

4. Remita receipt will be received by email.

5. In the case of a failed transaction for which you were debited, click the refresh icon to update status.

D. Course Registration

Every New Semester, you are to register your courses when they are mounted.

Login to the Students Portal and click on Course Registration.

Select the Courses you want to register for the Semester when they are uploaded.

Always Check on the Department Notice to get the list of the General Courses

Print out the Slip and Do copies.

Sometimes you are required to Submit a copy to the Department.

Check for Duplicates, In cases where the system is down you’re likely to choose two same courses and or Conflicting Courses at the same time. Kindly Cross Check before Confirming

Note that, There are deadlines for Course Registration.

You must register on time to avoid extra charges for late registration.

Payment of Fee is one of the Requirements to allow you to register for your course.

You cannot take Courses you have not registered for and you won’t be allowed to Write examinations for unregistered courses even if you attended lectures.

 

2. Additional information on how to proceed to online registration will be forwarded to your email in the coming days. Please check your email regularly.
