EMIS (Education Management Information System) is one of the main Ghana’s national dataset about education.

It is through the Annual School Census that the Ministry of Education collects, analyses and disseminates school level data about all known pre-tertiary level schools  (public and private) in the country.

This year’s exercise will be done online.

Stage 1

From 8th June to 13th June, 2022

Heads through their class teachers are to ensure that all pupils/learners/students have their date of birth written in the class register.

Kindly check and make sure this exercise is properly done.

Stage 2

13th to 25th June. Filling of basic school template

Stage 3

13th to 30th June
Training of heads and ICT Teachers (date will be released)

Stage 4

2nd July to 31st July
