RESUMPTION OF ONE TEACHER ONE LAPTOP DISTRIBUTION

In a letter sighted by seekersnewsgh.com, the Distributors of the TM1 laptops have released a revised schedule to resume the distribution of the laptops to both Teaching and Non-teaching Staff.

Upon the Pressure mounted by Teachers and their Unions, there was the need for whoever had the laptops locked up to release the keys.

As per the letter, the leadership of the Unions and GES met at the Offices of K.A Technologies on 31st May 2023 to inspect the stock and discuss the resumption of the distribution of the laptops.

PLEASE NOTE that you are ONLY required to dial the short code when you have been scheduled for collection and informed to do so by your school Head or GES District Coordinator.

You will be required to present a National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s Licence or Passport at the collection pointAn SMS with your collection code is sent to your phone and that is the code that you will use for the collection of your laptop.

Should you lose your Collection Code, you can retrieve the code by dialing *790*555# using a phone with your registered mobile number.

Do not disclose your collection code to others except at the point of collection

Teachers Laptop is ready for distribution but comes with a customized bag which cost 50GH, and insurance @ 100GH per annum.
