National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT)
Innovative Teachers Union Dues
Coalition of Concern Teachers -Ghana (CCT-GH)
Being part of these Unions gives you the chance to receive the retention Premium Allowance. Revised Approved Rates of allowances for Teaching Staff within GES
If by Mistake you maybe looking for Unions with lower rates to join and you see TEWU and you Join, Your retention Premium will stop coming.
For Non-Teaching Staff
Your available Union is TEWU.
If by Chance you wish to join any of these unions

Coalition of Concern Teachers -Ghana (CCT-GH)
Your Critical support allowance will also stop coming as you’re not a Teaching Staff anymore. You won’t also be given the Retention Premium.

The only Union Non-Teaching staff can join is the TEWU, do not Change to NAGRAT, GNAT, or CCT-GH.
There may be a few situations where you may not belong to any Union, Check on your Payslip, if you’re not being deducted by any Union, Kindly select a union to Join.
