Transfer, Promotion, and Change of Name issues would now be fully addressed by the GES Regional office as the New HRMIS integration is now being re-implemented.

The Ghana Education Service HQ has sent this letter to all Regional Directors.

The public services commission as part of the approved strategies of re-implementing the Human Resource Management Information System HRMIS. In Ghana Education Service request that our HR data are validated and aligned to ensure a smooth migration.

Given the above, you would be given a template to validate and align data on management units within your directorate

You are kindly being informed by this letter not to forward any document on the following to headquarters with effect from 1st march 2023 for training and roll-out purposes

Change of Banks
Promotions
