Dear Cherished Customer,
Before you lodge your claim, please note the following claim requirements:
· You must provide a VALID ID CARD NUMBER for verification. Without it, the claim cannot be processed.
· To be paid through MOBILE MONEY, the mobile number must be the SAME as the number used when signing up for the policy.
· To be paid to your BANK ACCOUNT, please ensure the ACCOUNT NUMBER is CORRECT.
miLife shall not be held liable for wrong payment as a result of the wrong Mobile Number or Account Details given by the client.
· You must upload a signed termination request letter when applying for TERMINATION. Without it, the request will be INVALID.
