When is GES releasing Third Batch of Staff IDs 2022 and Reasons for the delay has be given

Confirmed: GES Releases Staff IDS Third batch 3rd for Newly Trained Teachers

In an interview sighted by seekersnewsgh.com,the Minister of Education Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum has expressed his displeasure on Train teachers working for seven (7) months without pa  y.

According to the Minster of Education, its unfortunate some have to work for seven months without pay. When People work for that long without salary there is no productivity and at the end the salaries for such period will still be paid.

Headteachers will have little to do should the person refuse to come to school or do an assignment since they are both aware the teacher is not paid.

According to the Minster of the sector he feels there has been a conclusion on the matter so teachers will be paid latest by 3 months into the service.

‘I’m going to have a good conversation  with GES that something needs to happen and something ought to happen and I don’t like teachers to be stressed out’ He said.

Meanwhile the a group of newly posted teachers have sent a petition to the Director General of education- Coalition of Newly Posted Teachers Without (CoNPT)

The letter reads,

”Petition for answers in the undue Delay in the Release of Staff IDs

I write on behave of the aforementioned group to your respected  office to request answers in the inordinate delay in the release of staff IDs for newly posted teachers.

As you may be much aware newly posted teachers have been working for seven(7) months now but it’s very worrying that till date not every newly posted teacher has gotten his or her staff ID.

Sir, we understand that it’s a bit of cumbersome  process but for seven 7 month without even getting our staff IDs to even think of biometrics registrations disturbing,

We are in hard times and it’s even harder and more unbearable for us working all these months without salary as such we plead you intervene on our behalf so processes are expedited for the release of our staff IDs before the end of this month to give us some assurance.”

seekersnewsgh.com and the team also suggest a letter be sent to the Teacher Unions to push this forward, This is purely the work of the Unions and they must stand to Help the Newly trained Teachers.
