It has come to the notice of Management, that the collection of unauthorized monies at Nkawie SHTS is
part of the admission process. The following monies were being collected within the premises of the
school:

Sale of Exeat Book-GHS 20.00
Payment of SRC Dues – GHS 40.00
Sale of Hymn Book-GHS 20.00

Sale of School Vest- GHS 100.00
Sale of Tracksuit- GHS 130.00

Sale of Crest (compulsory purchase of four at GHS 20.00 per one)-GHS 80.00

Payment of GHS 300.00 to PA to finalize the admission process.

Based on the above, and as the code of conduct stipulates, you are to step aside for investigation to
be conducted.

You are hereby directed to hand over all properties of the school with effect from 8t December 2023,
to the Regional Director of Education, Ashanti, in the interim, who will have oversight responsibility of
the school for the period of your absence
