Apply Via Online
In partnership with the Directorate of ICT, UDS, the UDS Alumni Association wishes to inform all alumni that they can now request and pay for academic documents online and have them delivered to their doorstep through the Ghana Platform for Educational Services (GHAPES).
Supported academic documents include transcripts, English proficiency, and letters of recommendation
This initiative aims to enhance the overall convenience and experience of all members.
Here are steps on how to use the platform:
Visit the GHAPES website by clicking.
Click on the Services menu item and then click New Request.
Select the institution from the drop-down menu ( University for Development Studies)
Enter your student ID thus Student Number (Student name and program will be populated for confirmation)
Provided Registered Name
Enter your Programme
Click on Add Service to select the type of documents being requested for, i.e (Transcript, English proficiency, etc)
Confirm the selected service details and click to continue
Check the confirmation box at the bottom of the invoice to activate the confirm request button. Click to confirm the request.
Print out the invoice and make payments at any of the bank branches indicated on the invoice.
After Computation, You will be given an invoice Number, do not throw it away and keep it.
How to Track Your Transcript
Go to the Same Page,
Click on Services
Select Track Transcript
On the Page, enter your invoice number to track your transcript.
Fewer Charges for Request
You can get the transcript through a colleague on campus,
Contact the person with your details
Ask the person to request you.
After Processing your transcript or English Proficiency, Send it to SPEEDAF or EMS, DHL, etc for Delivery at a low cost. Giving it to cars may be expensive
