- Collect or Download the Form: Obtain the form from your District, Regional, or National GNAT Secretariat or download it from the GNAT website HERE download
- Complete the Form: Fill it out carefully and legibly in block letters.
- Attach Required Documents: Include photocopies of your payslips (last three months), SSNIT statement, and GES biometric data printout.
- Ensure Accuracy: Verify all information provided by you, your proposer, and seconders.
- Submit on Time: Submit the form before the closing date announced by GNATEC.
- Understand the Election Calendar:
- Local Elections: February–March
- District Elections: April–May
- Regional Elections: July–August
- National Elections: January
- Check from your Secretary for any changes or Updates

- District Elections: 1 month before the conference.
- Local Elections: 2 weeks before the conference.

- National Position: 1 proposer and 2 seconders from different regions.
- Regional Position: 1 proposer and 2 seconders from different districts.
- District Position: 1 proposer and 2 seconders from different locals.
- Local Position: 1 proposer and 2 seconders from different basic units.
