How to make Claims from Enterprise Insurance

Visit the portal and click on the claim and enter the details provided below to make your request.

Mostly after registering for insurance, visit the Office to confirm before making payments.

Get the contact of the Agent but don’t depend on the Agent for all your queries since they can quit the Job without informing you.

If you need your claim, aside from visiting the Online Portal to fill out the forms, you can also visit their office for them to assist you to avoid any mistakes.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. For claims processing, all necessary documents have to be submitted. The list below is indicative and, depending the nature of the claim additional documents may be required in order to make a final decision.

2. From the moment all the documents are received, the Insurance Company will have 15 working days to give a response to the Insured towards the acceptance or refusal of the claim. If the Claim is accepted and a reimbursement note is issued in favour of the Insured, the Insurance Company is excluded of any liability in regards to the banking delays to make effective the wire transfer to the Insured account.

3. The submission by the Insured of the required documents needed to assess the Reimbursement request does not guarantee the approval of the claim.

List of Supporting Documents for Home Insurance

Repair Invoice
Purchase/Replacement Invoice
Pictures of the damage building/contents
Fire Service Report (in the event of fire)
Police report (in the event of theft)

1. Incomplete reports will lead to delayed processing of your claim
