HOW TO REGISTER ON CONTROLLER PAYSLIP PORTAL
Here is the first interface you will come across
Dear GOG Staff,
Welcome to the Controller & Accountant General’s Departments’ E-Payslip system. This intelligent system is designed for you to have easy access to your payslip. You can access your payslip from anywhere either on your mobile phone or any computer with internet connection.
If you are a new user, kindly register by clicking on REGISTER FOR E-PAYSLIP. You will need a first-time registration code, which can be obtained from your Head of Department. Please follow the instructions thereafter to login for your e-payslip.

The next interface if you already have an account, you login with Staff ID as Employee Number, Enter your Password, Enter the code then submit.
To register, you have to click on register for E-payslip.
Here are the requirements
- Enter employee number (Staff ID)*
- Confirm employee number *
- Create your password *
- Confirm password *
- Registration code * This is a code your validator will provide for you after he/she has registered you in the school system.
- Enter email *
- Enter mobile number *
- Confirm mobile number *
- select Country
- Confirm country
- Enter code shown *
After the registration, a code will be sent to your phone via SMS you use that code to continue, Its just a simple survey and Biodata collected.
Don’t forget to print your payslip, the very first one and submit to the school administrator to be placed on your file.
Confirmed: GES Releases Staff IDS, Check list, Biometrics Date and Documents Needed.
