Steps to Check SIMS Linked to your Ghana Card

One Way to Check is to Call your service Providers, they can easily check your linked numbers for you, you have to provide them with your Ghana Card number.

STEP 2 Do it Yourself

1. Dial  *402*1#
2.  Enter your Ghana Card PIN (Enter letters and figures without hyphens) for verification. Personal ID Number   GHA00000000046
3.  Enter your Date of Birth (DD MM YYYY) for verification. Day Month Year 01052023
4. Once verified, you will receive an SMS with a list of mobile numbers linked to your Ghana

Card, including the corresponding networks.

The information displayed will include the subscriber’s Numbers and corresponding networks.
Example:
– Airtel Tigo – 027 000 0000 – AT, For Airtel Tigo
. MTN-024 000 0000 – M, for MTN
· Telesol-025 000 0000-TL, For Telesol
· Vodafone – 020 000 0000 – V, V for Vodafone

How to remove or request Delinking of Numbers from Your Ghana Card

If you identify any unknown mobile number(s) linked to your Ghana Card,  here is How to request for  Delinking.

Contact your service Provider as soon as Possible to delink it immediately.

For Individual SIM Registrations

If you wish to delink any number from the list of registered numbers you receive after using the shortcode/USSD, kindly visit your Service Provider Customer Care Shop (not Agent) with your Ghana Card. Please note that your Service Provider will conduct a full Know Your Customer (KYC) before a delinking will be effected.

For Business SIM Registrations

Service Providers will release a Webpage with security login as some businesses have over 200 numbers and text messages cannot show all.

Note that You must be physically present at the Office Service Providers Offices with Your Ghana Card before the delinking can be done for you.

A 100 Call, can only make the service provider check your number for you but the delinking can’t be done on the Phone.

You must remember to visit the Office with your Ghana Card.
