The  CTU Portal | ordir.ctu.edu.ph portal Registrar is a department or office within Cebu Technological University (CTU) responsible for handling registration-related processes and tasks for students.

The Online platform is also given below for requesting documents.

How to request a document

To request document in Registrar’s Portal,

Go to your web browser and search CTU Portal login

Click on the CTU Portal with the Secure link, One provided Below.

Select Click here for New application

A form will be open for you to Fill, you must fill all required spaces with * meaning required field.

Click continue.

You must safe Guard your Application Code

Next, you must choose Campus and Degree level for your document

Click Request Document

Now Select the documents you’ll like to request

You must as well fill in all required* Fields and click Request.

A tracking Code will be given to you when the process is successful.

You will use your Tracking code to Monitor the progress of your document request.

Know that, you can still edit your request and resubmit.

Provide  your Application Code/Tracking Code to make request or track your document request progress.

If you already requested and no application code, use your tracking code or do click forgot application code.

Middle Name
Last Name*
Date of Birth
(eg. 08/08/2008)

(If you don`t have ID Number you have to  contact your campus registrar.)
