Ghana Launches National Rent Portal, a Scheme to support Ghanaians to Pay rent and to ease Pressure on them.

Unfortunately, Opposition is raising serious concerns on the Credibility of the Scheme and the Portal.
According to Yayra Koku, the National Rental Assistance Scheme Portal is just a replica of Rent Master which has been in Existence for awhile now,
”Rent Masters has been in existence for a long. A check from WHOIS tells you that the site was registered in 2018. So why make it look like this is a new project from the government?
Ghanaians, please visit the Bawumia site https://nras.gov.gh and visit the rent masters site https://rent-masters.com and come back and tell me what you saw. In fact, the registration will land you at the rent master’s site”

Submit an Application
Submit an application with 3 months payslips, 3 months bank statements or mobile money statements, 2 forms of IDs, and 100 cedis application processing fee
Get Approved
Rent Masters will verify your application and supporting documents, determine your affordability and ability to pay back. We make a decision of your application within 5-10 business days.
Your Rent Advance Paid..!
On approval, Rent Masters will contact your landlord, inspect the rental property and pay the rent advance directly to the landlord
