GES has Paid the 1st Batch of Transfer Grants and all other Allowances to Teachers in the following Regions.

The Ghana Education Service has announced it has paid the First Batch of Transfer Grants and  4th Quarter of all other allowances to teachers.

According to the Ghana Education Service GES, teachers to whom these Grants and allowances are paid, are those who have processed and have requisite documents rightly.

For transfer Grants Teachers transferred 50 Kilometers and more.

All other allowances and Grants according to the GES will be paid in due time. 

Management of the Ghana Education Service wishes to inform you that the 1st Batch
of 2019 Transfer Grants and 4th Quarter of all other allowances have been paid to the
underlisted Regions.

These Payments were made to only qualified staff with requisite documents.

Moreover, Transfer Grants were paid to staff who have been transferred from one Geographical Area, Location or Station to another, which is Fifty (50) Kilometers Radius or more as stipulated in the Category 2 and 3 Allowances for the Public Services.

Management is by this letter, informing the other deserving applicants (Staff of the
Service) that all efforts are being made to ensure the payments of their transfer grants
and other allowances.

For further clarification, contact the office of the Chief Accountant, Ghana Education
Service, Headquarters, Accra.
