The training program will follow a cascade approach, where the National care facilitators NCFs  will train the National care Trainers NCTS, who in turn will train the DTSTs the SISOs, and the training officer in two cohorts as detailed below

First cohorts: 20th February 2023 to 22nd February 2023.

Second cohort: 2nd March 2023 to 4th March 2023.

Management is aware that some of the participants and facilitators for the second cohort training would participate in the upcoming GES promotion exam scheduled for 1st March 2023

However, considering the importance of both activities, the management of GES is requesting all Regional, District Directors concerned and Principals of colleges of Education concerned to ensure that the DTSTs, SISOs, and training officers involved in the upcoming DTST/SISOs training return on time to their assign the districts after writing the promotion exams.

This will afford the office is adequate time to prepare and participate in the second cohort training on the implementation of the English teaching and learning materials.
