Its unfair! Hear my side of the story, Hon. Sarah Adwoa Sarfo Fight Back

Member of Parliament for Dome Kwabenya Sara Adwoa Safo has questioned why a follower on Facebook will call her a traitor.

Many of her followers on Facebook tried to use the opportunity to question her about the recent happening in her camp, after she posted an Easter message on her Facebook wall. “Wishing you all a blessed and fulfilling Easter”

She tried as much as possible to answer some of them,

“Very well dear patriot. Had to deal with a few personal issues which has kept me away. In no way, will I consciously stay away from supporting government business in the house of Parliament. Be rest assured, that in no time, you will see me in Parliament pushing government business.”

“I truly admire your zeal for our dear party. Been following your exploits on Facebook. Keep up the good work. Indeed the NPP is bigger than any individual but again, it is these individuals who make up the party. Let us learn to to know before we pass judgement. I won’t stay in the USA forever. I have a social contract with the good people of Dome-Kwabenya which I consider sacrosanct. In good time, I will be back to continue the good work we have done together in the constituency and ably represent their interests and aspirations in the august House of Parliament.”

Some also gave their concerns.

She replied.

Ebenezer Nana Kwadwo Amofa Hey Eben, it’s never been my intention to stay away from my people for so long. Just that, sometimes in life, things happen that we have no control over. As you know, in my first two terms as MP, at no point in time did I stay away from my duties and responsibilities as MP and Minister. So do find a place in your heart to Forgive me as my constituent.

Even in my absence, I have been constantly in touch with the appropriate authorities to ensure that whatever development deserving of our Constituency is done.

I am aware that the Atomic-Pillar 2 Road has been completed, the dualisation of the Atomic Junction-Atomic Roundabout is ongoing, several interial roads in Taifa (around the market) are being worked on, Ashongman Estate roads have been completed with asphalting works ongoing, the Bank of Ghana Road works is also currently ongoing, the Agbogba-Abokobi link Road was also just recently sealed and works on the Abokobi town Roads are also to begin in the earnest.

Her reply to most of the comments made some to change their mind immeidtely and delete the messeges they sent whiles some also got a renewed mind set about her almost immediately.
