NATIONAL COUNCIL OF PRIVATE SCHOOL TEACHERS (NCOPST) AND WEST END UNIVERSITY COLLEGE (UCC AFFILIATED) TO ASSIST ALL PRIVATE SCHOOL TEACHERS TO ACQUIRE A DEGREE IN EDUCATION
As part of the aims and objectives of the National Council of Private School Teachers (NCOPST), we are in partnership with the West End University College to offer special mature student’s Education Program that comes with flexible payment, ease of admission and affordable fees as compared with those of other institutions offering similar programs.
NCOPST has taken this initiative in order for her members (private school teachers), especially non professional teachers, to be admitted into degree programs before 2023 to avoid their becoming victims of a possible mass sacking of teachers due to their non-professional and non- licensure status.
The National Teaching Council (NTC) has made it clear that teachers without teaching license or non-professional teachers cannot teach in 2023.
According to the NCOPST Executive Director, Ackon James, to change their status as “non- professional teachers” to professional teachers and prevent NTC or the law from sacking them from the classroom due to their non-possession of teaching license, NCOPST will do all she can to enroll all non professional teachers into West End University College to start Degree programs in Education in the middle of October, 2022.
From 2nd to 14th October 2022, all non-professional teachers and interested teachers are to fill the Google Form, pick up Admission Form and get their admission letter.
Due to the huge number of teachers who fall into this category, NCOPST and West End University College are still creating Learning Centers that will be closer to our teachers.

1. Pay Ghc200 for registration form. Fill and submit and receive your admission letter
2. Pay Ghc500 and start school at the center near you (first month)
3. Pay Ghc340 for second month
4. Pay Ghc340 for third month
5. Pay Ghc340 for fourth month to end the first semester
