Here are the items the system grades, which you need to pay key attention to and start your upload before mounting pressure on yourself.
Those who were able to upload their documents for 2022, they have their 2022 portfolio section locked for grading, those who couldn’t fill anything there have their section replaced with the 2023.
You will see the locked one and the 2023 available one if you made some entries last year.
The Grading document shows the items below. The dimension shows the specific items that would be graded.

The key items being graded in your plan are;
Awareness of Learners’ Entry Behaviour, Appropriateness of Language (GRAMMAR), Knowledge of Content-Standard, Learning Indicators , Alignment To Core Competencies/Values And Attitudes, Resource Planning, Sequencing of Presentation , TIMING , Assessing Learner’s Learning and Statement of Teaching Methodology.
