Another Ku Me Preko Demonstration calling for Resignation of the President

Press release, 29 October 2022 by the fix the country movement is calling for the resignation  Resignation .

In a publication posted on their Facebook page, they are calling Ghanaians to join them for the upcoming Demonstration in Accra. Here is the full statement.

Fellow Ghanaians, following an overwhelming public demand and after a series of successful consultations internally and with the organizer, #FixTheCountry has today resolved to join the upcoming Demonstration on 5th November 2022.

The decision to back and mobilize ordinary Ghanaians towards this demonstration was taken unanimously.

We are by this statement inviting all our supporters across the country to come out and join the demonstration.

We are committed by this initiative to building a mass public demand for The President to resign and step aside.

In order to ensure that these demands for accountability are not centered only in Accra, #FixTheCountry is also planning to hold another demonstration for the Northern sector, in Tamale within the next coming weeks.

Towards the success of this event, we are calling on Ghanaians to volunteer and join our protest planning committee.
