Teacher Unions Meet NLC Today – Update Today

Teacher Unions meet the National Labour commission Today 9th November, 2022 over their industrial strike.

The strike action was expected to end yesterday as the teacher unions were determined to conclude issues with the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Employment and Labour Relation, just to receive a letter the case has been transferred to National Labour Commission.

Meeting was schedule for 10:00am today 9th November, 2022.

Many have given their opinion on the strike but the teacher unions keeps their grounds as they know what they are doing.

Information reaching seekersnewsgh indicates

National Labour Commission says Teacher Unions didn’t follow due process before declaring the strike so they should call it off immediately.

Meeting adjourned till 16th November, 2022.

The unions are yet to speak on the matter…..
