This is when a definite decision has been taken to declare the candidates performance in a subject or the entire examination null and void because the candidate engage in the malpractice before during or after the examination.
Pending results
Candidates with results pending do not have issues of examination malpractice these candidates may have issues due to inaccuracies in their registration details search results will be released after all necessary information has been obtained.

Examination malpractice is any form of deliberate cheating in an examination which provides one or more candidates with an unfair advantage or acts that impugn the integrity of an examination and it’s procedure

Barring of candidates from taking any examination conducted by the council for not less than two years and prosecution.
Issuance of certificates
Certificate for school candidates are sent to the schools which presented them for their respective examinations. Private candidates on the other hand personally collect their certificate from the council’s office in the region where the roof there’s a nation. Certificate application forms can be downloaded on the internet from the WAEC website.
Replacement of lost certificate

Certificates are issued only once. Are ever candidate can request for the confirmation of their results to any institution for a fee. Candidates can also apply for attestation of result online.
Confirmation of Results
This is a certified statement of result which is as valid as a certificate. Confirmation of results are not issued when you redo a candidate or persons but directly to institutions of higher learning public bodies and prospective employees public or private.

Attestation of results
Attestation of results are as valid as certificates. They are issued to individual candidates or persons for their possession. Visit the work online portal for more information. Attestation of result is only available for the following examination BECE 2008 to 2018. WASSCE for schools and private 2006 to 2018.

The council establishes equivalence between SSSCE and WASSCE.
CANDIDATE INDEX NUMBER RETRIEVAL SYSTEM
This is an offline service which allows those who have forgotten their index numbers retrieve it at a fee. The service is available to holders of SSSCE, WASSCE, G/ABCE and BECE certificates. Applicants are required to visit their graves or any of the branch office with a national identity card to complete a form.
