INCREASE OUR SALARY BY 31.7% NOW -PRIVATE TEACHERS
The National Council of Private School Teachers (NCOPST) humbly inform His Excellency, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, the President of Ghana, the Minister of Education, the Minister of Employment, the Tripartite Committee, the Labour Department, the National Teaching Council, the National Schools Inspectorate Authority, private school Owners (GNAPS, NUPSG, CHOPPS and GNACOPS), that we the private school teachers in Ghana are facing equal hardship in the country and see no reason of denying us when it comes to COLA.
We feel we are abandoned, neglected, and uncomfortable to live in our own Land, Ghana.
Life has become so hard to the extent that we do not get food, shelter etc. We call on the President of Ghana to come to our aid and put down measures to help increase our salary.

We need common salary structure and we need to get paid than the minimum wage salary to at least Ghc500 per month in the deprived schools We would be grateful to hear from the President of Ghana and all the stakeholders.
We need 200,000 private school Teachers to sign this document for the President of Ghana and the Stakeholders take action.
All private school teachers should sign.
