- Your Full Name: As it appeared on your examination registration.
- Name, Month, and Year of Examination: For example, “WASSCE, May/June 2010.”
- Your Index Number: This is crucial for identifying your records.
- Passport Photograph: A recent one.
- Valid Identification Document: Such as a national ID card, passport, or driver’s license.
- Fee: GH¢400.00 (This amount is subject to review by the Council, so it’s a good idea to confirm the current fee before you go).
Where to Apply
You must personally collect your Attestation of Results from one of WAEC’s offices in Accra or the regional offices.
Important Note
WAEC clearly states that they do not issue duplicate certificates. The Attestation of Results is the official replacement for lost or damaged certificates. Institutions or individuals can confirm the details on your Attestation directly with WAEC for verification.
