Adedeji Tajudeen Adeleke ( was born in March 6 1957 in Enugu, the capital of Enugu State in Nigeria, to a Muslim father and Christian mother. He is the fourth of six children. His father was a Nigerian Senator and his mother was a nurse by trade but stay-at-home-mom for most of their growing-up years.
He is a Nigerian businessman and president of Adeleke University. He is also the CEO of Pacific Holdings Limited. He is the father of Davido, a Nigerian musician and Sharon Adeleke. He was married to Dr Vero Adeleke who died on 6 March 2003.
Anxious to continue his education, Adeleke enrolled in a Master of Business Administration program at WKU and earned an MBA in 1981. He later received a doctoral degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2007
