Observance of Statutory Public Holidays; ECG Gives Guidelines

The Electricity Company of Ghana Limited (ECG) has announced the observance of statutory public holidays during the Christmas and New Year seasons.

ECG offices will be closed on December 25th, December 26th, and January 1st, 2024. Despite the office closures, customers can still access services through digital platforms such as the ECG Mobile App and short code *226#, or by visiting vending points. Prepaid customers are advised to ensure they have sufficient electricity credits for the holiday period.
