Teachers all over the world are not happy with their salaries.
In an earlier publication, a person asked if it’s that horrible to join teaching considering the bad nature of their salary.

In some countries, yes your salary may not be good enough but it can sustain you and your family. For others, even when you manage to use the salary on only food, it’s not enough and you need to borrow to support your paycheck.
Multiple loans are seen on teachers’ pay slips because their salaries are not enough.
Some companies or institutions may not pay salaries well, but they may give good allowances which will help workers.
In most educational sectors allowances is minimum.
A Teachers pay may not be good but after our publication, we realized most teachers are content with their job.
They are happy working as teachers and if they’re complaining it’s because they want better conditions of service rather than quitting their jobs.
Those who are not okay quit without a trace.
