The Ghana Education Service is currently not doing any new recruitment however there may be schools that may be a little over- staff due to a drop in student Population.

Some schools on the other hand may have an increase in student population hence the need to call for more teachers.

The Regional and District Education Offices will do their best to fill in the gap for schools by doing some Regional and District Transfer of teachers.

Schools can also declare vacancies but all are channeled to the GES HQ for New Recruitments but for Transfers, the Regional Educational Offices can help with such arrangements.
