In preparation for the seamless placement of eg; 2024 BECE candidates into Senior High Schools, the Computerized School Selection and Placement System (CSSPSI) secretariat has introduced a straightforward process for rectifying any errors in school selection choices.

Candidates who discover discrepancies in their chosen schools can now follow these steps for correction:

  1. Report the Error: Candidates are required to promptly inform their respective headteachers about any errors identified in their school selection choices.
  2. Verification Process: The Headteacher will meticulously compare the reported error with the candidate’s original choice form submitted during the application process to ascertain the accuracy of the claim.
  3. Document Submission: To facilitate the verification process, the Headteacher will scan or take a picture of the candidate’s original choice form.
  4. Email Submission: The scanned or photographed choice form should be sent to the designated email address: info@csspsverify.com for further assessment and correction.

By adhering to these outlined steps, BECE candidates can ensure that any errors in their school selection choices are swiftly addressed, thereby enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the placement process.
