TEACHERS’ FUND DIGITALISES ITS OPERATIONS

Teachers fund is now going to be operated digitally.

You are informed of the steps being taking by the FUND to deliver quick operational services to contributors of the FUND.

Please be informed that in the coming weeks, the FUND will officially  LAUNCH its digitization process.

In fact, we hope to do the launching during this year’s Annual General meeting (AGM).

The following platforms will be fully operationalized:

1. USSD APPLICATION
2) WEB/CRM APPLICATION
3) MOBILE APPLICATION

Using these platforms will ensure;

1. Process Automation: i.e, Automation of loans, Retirement benefits (processing), Membership, Contributions adjustment

2. Chart Bots: The platforms will enable real time chat between members and the FUND

3. Online Payments: The platforms will support the online payments to and from members of the FUND

4. Social media engagement will equally be available Essentially, what this means is that we will ensure;

5. Speed in process turnaround time for all transactions

6. Convenience in transacting business with the FUND

7. Real time response to members requests

8. Improved collaboration between the FUND and the district secretariat

9. Improved customer engagements.
