iKamva is the online learning and collaboration environment used by the UWC Community. iKamva is used to support UWC courses and project sites which is initiated by the community.

The word “iKamva” means “future”,  Or Tomorrow which refers to the way in which the social and technological developments are advancing and moving forward.

Why  you Need to use iKamva?

iKamva is an eLearning platform which acommodate different types of sites. Examples of types of sites are:

UWC course sites, which allows you to select from a range of different eTools such as eAssessment, communication and content creation.

Project sites, provide a central space for collecting and reflecting on project data by different community groups.

For an overview of iKamva eTools, click on ‘eTools’ in the navigation bar.

How to Login

To Login to the Ikamva login Portal

Step 1

Visit the UWC University Main Website,

Scroll down to the Footer Section the Last Part

On the Left Corner View some Tools like the Student Portal and many other Tool Resources including the Ikamva.

Click on it to be redirected to the Ikamva login page.

Step 2

Go to your web browser and search Directly the Ikamva login

You Must Click on it and the Login page will be opened

Provide your User ID and Password

Click on Login to Access Page.

Ensure the Site is always secured with the Locker by the URL is closed always.
