Inauguration of New University of Cape Coast (UCC) SRC Executives for the Academic Year
In a momentous event, the recently elected officials of the Students’ Representative Council (SRC) have been officially sworn in, signifying the commencement of their roles.
During the ceremony, Prof. Johnson Nyarko Boampong, the esteemed Vice-Chancellor, extended his heartfelt congratulations to the incoming executives for their successful election. He emphasized the significance of collaborative efforts and encouraged them to carry out their responsibilities diligently and with distinction.
Taking the helm as the 61st President of the Student Representative Council (SRC) for the academic year 2023/2024 at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) is Vincent Kojo Sabi. His inauguration marks a new chapter in the student leadership landscape.
The newly formed SRC executive body consists of:
- Vincent Kojo Sabi: SRC President
- Gertrude Addo: SRC Vice-President
- Esther Obeng: Secretary
- Franklina Yarkey: SRC Coordinating Secretary
- Anthony Yeboah: SRC Treasurer
- Hawa Awudu: SRC Women’s Commissioner
- Enock Appiah: SRC Public Relations Officer (PRO)
