Malaysian ages between 21 and 69 years old.
Possess a vehicle that’s not older than 15 years.
E-Hailing PSV Licence (effective 12 Oct 2019)
Must own a smartphone

Must perform medical check-up upon PSV licence application
Get a Puspakom car inspection done if your car is older than 3 years old.
Receive your EVP (E-Hailing Vehicle Permit) which Grab will apply for on your behalf when you submit your car grant/VOC (Vehicle Ownership Certificate)
