National Standardized Test (NST), 2023 for Public / Private Schools – Data Request By GES

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has issued a letter, dated 17th October 2023, to all Regional Directors of Education.

The letter requests urgent data for the National Standardized Test (NST), 2023.

Management of GES is collecting enrolment data for primary two (2) and primary four (4) students in both Public and Private Basic Schools across all sixteen (16) regions.

The data should be in Excel format, organized by District, Circuit, and Sex.

Directors of Education are instructed to inform Metro/Municipal/District Directors to compile this data using the provided template and submit it to their respective Regional Directors.

The final data is to be submitted to the email address [email protected] by 5:00 pm on Thursday, 19th October, 2023.

It is emphasized that individual schools or districts should not directly submit their data to the provided email address.

The Data Must be Submited to the Metro/Municipal/District Education. Contact your District Education Office for more information.
