Summit Medical Group’s Patient Portal is an online service that allows patients to securely exchange messages with their healthcare providers, request appointments, and view their medical records and test results. Patients must create an account in order to use the Patient Portal. Once the account is created and verified, patients can login with their credentials and access their health records.

are also able to access their patient portal accounts by selecting your provider’s office location using the dropdown on the summit login page, or by using the quick links below this message.

While New Jersey Urology and Westmed Medical Group are now “Summit Health”, the systems are still being integrated, so it is important that you select the office location where you receive care in order for you to access the correct Patient Portal.
