KA Technologies is moving round the country to repair the TM1 Laptops that have issues for teachers.
After receiving the Laptops some have their screens broken, Speaker not functioning properly, computer part breaking apart etc, KA Technologies we believe have receive these complains and hence sending teams around to work on them.
If you have any issue with your Laptop, meet them at the District Offices to assist you.
”KATCARE customer service team will visit all District offices to address any issues you may have.
Simply meet us at your district office or hand over your laptop (properly labeled) to your District ICT coordinator, and we will collect it.
All minor issues will be resolved and delivered to you as soon as possible. Complex issues will be referred to our office for resolution.”
From 7th to 11th November, the team will be in the Greater Accra Region.

HAS NOT RECEIVED THE LAPTOPS
For those who have not received the laptops yet, we believe the Unions are working on it for all members to get their laptops and for Teachers to get a refund of their monies thus about Ghc 44.
