UMASS Lowell Housing Portal
The University of Massachusetts Lowell Housing Portal provides access to the UMass Lowell housing websites and campus living resources.
The portal provides resources on residence hall policies, campus living expenses, housing applications, and payments, meal plans, and more. Students can use the portal to find out information about on-campus and off-campus housing options, living choices, and policies.
To access the housing portal, visit the UMass Lowell website at https://housing.uml.edu/ and click on the “Login” button. From there, students can log in with their university credentials to access the portal.

Log in to the Housing Portal
Click “Housing Applications” in the top menu
Select the application term/process you are applying for, be sure to check the dates to ensure you have selected the correct application, and then click “Apply”
Confirm your personal information and make updates in SiS if required
Fill out the required information and preferences
Select a Living Learning Community (optional)
Select your room preferences
Sign your housing agreement (if you are under 18 at the time of signing, you must have a parent/guardian sign as a proxy)
Submit your application
You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your application and agreement to the terms and conditions.

UMASS Lowell Housing Options
Before you can be eligible for room selection you must complete your housing contract on time, before March 31 for returning residents and commuters, or May 5, for new first year and transfer students.
