The management of the Ghana Education Service brings to the notice of all staff due for promotion the date time and sentence for the February march 2023 promotion.

Please find attached dates and examination centres for all ranks in the pdf attached.

1. Index numbers of qualified shortlisted candidates have been sent by SMS to the mobile numbers provided on the application form.

2 Names and index numbers of all candidates are accessible at all District /Municipal/Metro/ Regional Education offices and Examination centres.

Kindly check your details at least three working days before the day of the examination.

Special Needs

3. The following sentence has been dedicated to candidates with special needs particularly visually challenged candidates to write the examination: Wesley college.
Kumasi, Presbyterian College of Education Akropong and NJA college of Education Wa.

4. Candidates who may need special assistance during the examination should make all the necessary contacts and arrangements at least three working days before the day of the examination.

Shortlisted candidates should channel any complaints to their all District /Municipal/Metro/ Regional Education offices and than to GES Headquarters before the examination day for redress.

Candidates without index numbers should not report to the examination center

Candidates have sent SMS messages indicating their staff ID index numbers and exam centers

Candidates will be required to quote their staff ID and index numbers during exams.

Change of Centre

As you sent the message as to whether you’ll be writing at Gbewaa College of education, authorities have heard and worked on it immediately.

The candidate initially place at Gbewaa college of education has been moved to Saint John Bosco’s College of Education. You are aware of the reason already.

Principles superintendent -PS, 75 multiple choice true or false questions.

Assistant Director II ADII- 75 multiple-choice true or false questions

Assistant Director I ADI, 75 Multiple choice true or false questions

Deputy Director -DD- 60 multiple choice questions true or false and 15 Fill in questions

You must present a National identification card bearing your name and photo at the examination center.
