2. Accessing the TCZ Teacher Portal

  • For Teacher Login:
    • On the left sidebar menu, click “Teacher Login.”
    • If you are using a phone, access the menu first.
    • Enter your TCZ number and password.
    • Click “Login.”

3. Verify Your Certification using NCR

  • Click on the “Verify” link, usually found as the first link on the left sidebar.
  • Enter your NCR number and click “Verify.”

4. Downloading Your Certificate

  • Click on “e-practising certificate” to access your certificate.

5. Practicing License Renewal

To renew your practicing certificate online, visit the TCZ Portal at www.teacher.tcz.ac.zm.

  • On the right side of the screen, look for the “APPLICATION AND RENEWAL OF PRACTICING CERTIFICATE” section.
  • Click on it.
  • Provide your login credentials and follow the prompts to renew your certificate.

6. New Applicant Login

If you are a new applicant, follow these steps:

  • Use your NRC number to log in.
  • Create a password.
  • Confirm your password.

7. How to Apply for a TCZ Practising Certificate Online

To apply for a TCZ practicing certificate, follow these steps:

  • Deposit the required fee at either NATSAVE or ZANACO.
  • Subscribe to create your account, providing your TCZ number, NRC or non-Zambian passport number, and a secure password.
  • Log in with your TCZ number and password.
  • Select “Apply for certification” and fill in the necessary details, including qualifications, class, and uploaded documents.
  • Click “Apply.”

8. Subscribe / Change Password
