Through the portal, members can enroll, update their personal information, check their contributions, view claims, and avail of other services provided by PhilHealth. It aims to provide a convenient and efficient way for members to access their healthcare benefits and resources.
How to login

Provide your Phil Identification Number
Password
enter the CAPTCHA
Click on Login.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your Password, Click on Forgot Password on the portal Link
Enter Your Philhealth ID number and Email.
An email to reset the password will be sent you.
If You can’t find the email, then you need to check your Junk messages or your Spam messages.

Password must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 8 chars
Maximum of 32 chars
Must contain at least one digit (0-9)
Add at least one uppercase letter (A-Z) Must contain at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
You Must Add at least one special chars (` ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) – _ = + [ ] { } | ; : ‘ ” < > , . / ?)

PhilHealth ID Number
To get your ID Number PhilHealth Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) or PhilHealth Express office.
Fill out the PhilHealth Request Form.
Submit the request form together with your valid ID.
