You will be Assisted by the School with login credentials to be able to register and login.
OSIS STUDENT INFORMATION PORTAL PASSWORD CREATION/RESET PROCESS
The objective of this tutorial is to teach users how to create passwords or how to change
their passwords in the situation where they forget them.
1. Go to your web browser and type https://uew.edu.gh to the main website and you will see the University
Website’s homepage. Under the links section at the top of the page, look for one titled OSIS
Student portal and click on it.

2. You will see 2 options namely GROUP A and GROUP B. You are required to click on the red
button under GROUP A to gain access to your Student Information Portal.
3. Go to your web browser and type the following https://osissip.osis.online and you will see a
page where you need to Click on the “Forgot Password” Link

You will be required to type in your
UEW Student Email and then click on the check box in front of “I’m not a robot” and follow
the instructions presented.

Once you are successful, a green check mark will appear against the I’m a robot option.
Proceed to click on the “reset” button.
A link will be sent to your UEW student email which contains a reset link for you to create or
reset your OSIS Student Portal Password.
You will see a success notification when you are successful.

Log into your UEW Student email and look for an email from OSIS Notifications. Click to open
the “SIP Password Reset Request” link.

The email will contain a link that enables you to create or change your password.

Key in your preferred password and repeat the password in the next field and click on the
“Reset Password” button. Your password should have a minimum of six characters in length.
Once you are successful, you would receive a reset successful message
You will now come back to the initial OSIS SIP portal where you will now key in your UEW Student Email and enter the password you just created or changed. You will then click on the
green “login” button.
Once you are successful, you will now see the SIP home page
You can now click on the registration link and finish the registration process.
Course Registration
Every New Semester, you are to register your courses when they are mounted.
Login to the Students Portal and click on Course Registration.
Select the Courses you want to register for the Semester when they are uploaded.
Always Check on the Department Notice to get the list of the General Courses
Print out the Slip and Do copies.
Sometimes you are required to Submit a copy to the Department.
Check for Duplicates, In cases where the system is down you’re likely to choose two same courses and or Conflicting Courses at the same time. Kindly Cross Check before Confirming
Note that, There are deadlines for Course Registration.
You must register on time to avoid extra charges for late registration.
Payment of Fee is one of the Requirements to allow you to register for your course.
You cannot take Courses you have not registered for and you won’t be allowed to Write examinations for unregistered courses even if you attended lectures.
Check Results
To Check your Results, Log in to the Portal by following the Procedure outlined earlier
Click on End of Semester Results to view your result
View your Interactive Results and Print if you want.
Note that, you can always challenge the results you see in the Portal by Contacting the Lecturer first, If not satisfied see the Head of the Department or the Dean of Student Affairs.
The error can occur during the Computing of the results
Security
For your security, always ensure that the website where you enter your login credentials is the official University Students’ Login Portal. Look for the security symbol to confirm.
You must always deliberately log out of your portal when done.
Don’t click on save Password if the Computer is not for you or it is a shared computer.
You must not allow any third party to tell you. you have been registered without a registration Slip.
