1. Dial the code *402#
2. Choose option 1: Check numbers
3. Enter the Ghana card number (GHA-XXXXXXXX-X)
4. Enter the Date of Birth on the card (ddmmyyyy)
The number or Numbers registered will be made available via SMS
How to replace lost or Missing / Damaged Ghana Card anywhere in the Country
Unfortunately, some have checked their Numbers on the Ghana Card and they have seen there are other numbers registered on the Ghana Card which does not belong to them.
The Protocol for returning Lost ID is that, you should send it to the Nearest Police station or the Nearest NIA Office.
You may end up calling someone else, an imposter for the Card who will continue to use the Card for Criminal Activities.
