Submission of data for transfer grants and other allowances for the years 2021 and 2022 – GES

The Ghana Education Service has issued a directive regarding the submission of data for transfer grants and other allowances for the years 2021 and 2022.

This directive is part of the annual budget implementation process to ensure that qualified staff receive their entitlements.

The submission deadline for these documents was 26 October 2023.

This directive replaces any previous directives on the same subject.

All Municipal/Metro/District offices should compile and submit the necessary documents for staff eligible for transfer grants and other allowances.

HR and budget officers are responsible for submitting individual attachments and documents for each applicant by following the provided guidelines.

The guidelines include accessing a Google Form link, signing in with an email, filling out the form for each applicant, and uploading relevant documents related to the specified allowance.

Additionally, summary sheets of existing templates used for this purpose should be endorsed and sent to angela.frimponmaa@ges.gov.gh by 6th November 2023.
