Ghana Education Service (GES) acknowledges the concerns raised by individuals who have applied for
the recent recruitment drive but have not received access or any communication regarding their
applications.
We understand the importance of transparency and effective communication in the recruitment process,
and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to the affected applicants.
Upon investigation, it has come to our attention that there might have been technical glitches or
administrative errors that resulted in some applicants not receiving the necessary information or access to
the recruitment process.
In light of this, we are taking immediate steps to rectify the situation and ensure that all applicants receive
fair consideration. Here are the measures we’re implementing:
Technical Review: Our technical team is conducting a thorough review of the application platform to identify and
resolve any technical issues that may have prevented access for certain applicants.
Communication Channels: We are enhancing our communication channels to ensure that all applicants receive timely
updates on the status of their applications. This includes updates via email, SMS, and announcements on our official

+ Dedicated Support: We have established a dedicated support team to assist applicants who have encountered difficulties during the recruitment process.

any other inquiries they may have.
Extended Deadline: In light of the challenges faced by some applicants, we are extending the deadline for submission of applications to provide additional time for those who may have been affected by the issues mentioned.
