If you forget how to track then, take a picture of the receipt given to you, and upload it to your Google One Drive on your phone to keep it safe.
You might not be called to come for it.
Wait for the time given to elapse, then go to the Collection office, and show the receipt to them, the reference is put into their system to confirm if your passport is ready.
When it is ready they will search for it and hand it over to you.
Do not sit and wait for them that when it is ready they will call you. Go to the office.
